The focus is on experienced Relationship Managers who want to run their business in a more entrepreneurial way — with more flexibility, greater transparency in compensation, and a clear focus on client relationships.

This role is not aimed at traditional applicants, but at individuals with an existing client book who want to explore their next step.

• Managing and further developing an existing client portfolio (HNWI/UHNWI)
• Building long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Holistic wealth advisory (investment, structuring, planning)
• Entrepreneurial work within an independent platform
• Actively shaping a growing Zurich location

• Several years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Proven experience in building and managing client relationships
• Ideally, a transferable client book
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high quality standards
• Discreet, professional working style

• Independent platform with an international orientation
• High entrepreneurial freedom and flexibility
• Access to global investment solutions and custodian structures
• Long-term perspective in building the Zurich office
