Payments Processing & Credit Card Specialist
Responsible for processing SWIFT/SEPA/SIC payments, managing credit card operations, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with precision and initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Processing and booking of incoming and outgoing SWIFT/SEPA and SIC payments.
- Reconciliation of internal accounts.
- Act as contact person for internal parties regarding payment transactions.
- Managing and processing new credit card applications.
- Handling all incoming inquiries related to credit card concerns.
- Interface and contact between credit card providers and internal parties.
- Completed banking education with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in payments.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and generally tech‑savvy.
- Experience in project work and process improvement is an advantage.
- Ability to learn products and systems quickly.
- Strong team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Precise and independent execution of tasks.
- Flexible, reliable, and resilient personality.
- Sophisticated communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
