Swiss Life Asset Managers, Switzerland's second largest institutional asset manager, manages EUR 300bn and oversees an infrastructure private equity investment team handling more than EUR 13bn on behalf of Swiss Life and external clients. The mandate focuses on direct investments in core, core+ and value‑add infrastructure assets in OECD countries, particularly in Europe and North America. The team, based in Zurich, consists of over 40 investment professionals with extensive international experience.

The role is a highly motivated Investment Manager on the value‑add infrastructure team, responsible for all aspects of private equity infrastructure investing from deal sourcing to portfolio management.

• Strong academic profile from a top‑tier university or business school
• 3.5-5.0 years of full‑time experience in investment banking (M&A, sector team, financing role), private equity, or strategy consulting
• Keen interest in infrastructure private equity and growth investments
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills and understanding of corporate finance concepts
• Strong commercial and critical mindset
  
  Self‑starter with the ability to learn about new sectors and concepts quickly
• Strong motivation and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and to quickly grasp complex topics with a pro‑active can‑do attitude
• Proficiency in written and spoken English required;
  Spanish, Italian or another European language is a plus
