Internal Audit Manager

Our client is a highly successful global consumer goods company headquartered in Zurich. To strengthen the Group Internal Audit team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a strong audit background and the drive to develop within an international environment.

• Lead and execute risk‑based operational and financial audits across international subsidiaries
• Assess business processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain global audit methodologies, programs, policies, and tools
• Partner with business stakeholders and senior management across functions and regions
• Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors regarding audit findings and remediation activities
• Prepare high‑quality audit reports with practical recommendations and present findings to management
• Monitor implementation of agreed corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to strategic and special projects at Group level

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Swiss CPA or ACA
• Several years of experience in External Audit within a Big4 or international audit environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships across all organisational levels while maintaining professional independence
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented personality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40‑50%)
