Would you like to sign-up for our Client Account Manager Wealth Management (WM) Talent Pipeline?

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Assist with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance tasks and duties
• Manage daily business in HNW client servicing and provide high‑quality service
• Be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• Serve as the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for clients
• Manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• Perform account maintenance tasks and client‑related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• Support client advisors during business trips and assist in preparing client meetings

The potential future role will be with the APAC Switzerland team in Zurich. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. • Financial services experience, ideally within a client‑facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
• Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages:
  Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese
