Specialist Swiss and International Tax | Fund Management
Aufgaben- Analysis and controlling of ongoing tax matters in the set-up of all types of funds and in fund operations
- Responsible for tax due diligence and structuring of funds
- Responsible for tax assessment of security products
- POC for all operational matters, including advising investment teams on issues such as FATCA/QI, CRS/AIA, double tax treaties, tax reclaim (e.g. withholding tax)
- Responsible for product specific research
- Controlling of tax credits of the funds
- Tax mapping of funds and corporate actions into the systems and cooperation in automation
- Responsible for the preparation of statistics and calculation of tax ratios
- Comparisons with international taxes and monitoring of risks
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Monitoring of developments in tax regulation
- Market analyses related to taxes and assessment of market behavior and trends
- Giving presentations and cooperation in publications
- Cooperation with internal and external bodies
- Projects, arising from the situation
- Master's or Bachelor's in Banking & Finance or Accounting & Tax
- Further education in the field of taxation
- Professional experience in banking, asset management in a Big-4 or xax consulting firm
- Knowledge of Swiss and international tax regulations
- Knowledge of investment products in funds or securities
- Analytical, detail-oriented personality with strong quality awareness
- Conceptual thinking
- Independent work style and team-oriented at the same time
- Ability to work under deadline and time pressure and to communicate professionally
- Positive mindset
- Trustworthy
- Interest in ongoing professional innovations
- IT affinity and mastery of the MS Office palette
- German and English
