We are seeking high impact individuals to join the firm as interns within Nomura Greentech, in September 2026.

We aim to provide off-cycle interns with the same level of exposure as a first-year Analyst, with a hands‑on opportunity to participate as full members of the team across both live deal execution and ongoing marketing and sector coverage activities. They are expected to form effective working relationships and to demonstrate a commitment to the firm’s goals and values. During the off-cycle, interns benefit from working closely with a buddy and interacting regularly with a senior mentor.

We also ensure extensive contact with Nomura’s professionals at all levels through training and informal social functions.

This programme is an integral component of our full-time recruiting. At the end of the internship, we extend offers to strong performers to join the 2026 Investment Banking Graduate Analyst Programme.

You will work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions.

You can expect to generate and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers.

Through financial, structural and business risk analysis, you will support transactions and client presentations.

You will actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients, leverage proprietary content and ideas.
