Your mission
  • Support with the preparation of quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual financial reports filed with the SEC (U.S Securities and Exchange Commission) and published externally, in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and SEC regulations. You will help ensure our externally published financial information is accurate and in compliance.
  • Partner and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, Investor Relations and other teams to gather critical data and qualitative insights for our reporting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements by leveraging AI and technology to streamline and automate group reporting processes.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc analysis, cross‑functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, accounting policies, and technical accounting memos.
Your story
  • Currently pursuing or having obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting (IFRS considered a plus)
  • Curious to learn more about the role of AI and automation in a Finance department
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Highly self‑motivated individual with a positive and “can‑do” mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Meet the team

We are a small, action‑oriented Finance team with big responsibilities and impact across the organization. We evolve best practices by being forward‑thinking, working cross‑functionally, and leveraging the latest technology to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of On’s externally published financial reports. The Group Reporting team is responsible for On’s external financial reporting, consolidated financial statements, accounting policies, and technical accounting matters, in compliance with regulations.
