ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances against budgets and forecasts
- Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Support business decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and performance
- Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives within Finance
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities in collaboration with our external accounting provider
- Assist with account reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing and reviewing financial information
- Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards and VAT (MWST) requirements
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
- Coordinate accounting-related matters with external service providers and internal stakeholders
You bring 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or a similar finance-related role. You have experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting processes, work confidently with financial data and Excel, and translate analyses into actionable business insights. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach. Fluent English and German round out the picture.
