• Responsible for tax forms and returns primarily for Swiss and German clients, as well as clients from other countries.
• Prepare tax forms for Switzerland, including information on dividends, interests, a description of the securities, confirmation of the creditor’s entitlement to Swiss withholding tax, and confirmation that banks or custodians have remitted a tax rate corresponding to the withholding tax to the Federal Tax Administration.
• Prepare tax forms for Germany and Austria.
• Monitor and file stamp duties in Switzerland and other countries.
• Reconcile transaction taxes and submit them to the relevant tax authorities.
• Monitor developments in international tax law regarding securities.
• Claim refunds of withholding taxes for clients under double taxation treaties.
• Act as point of contact for tax inquiries from client advisors regarding securities.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Participate in tax projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, finance, or accounting.
• Experience in Swiss and international tax law, gained at a bank, 'Big Four', or tax consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of tax issues related to private banking or wealth management, cross-border transactions, and tax reporting.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess situations and set priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch flexibly between internal and external tasks while maintaining an open-minded attitude.
• High level of credibility and loyalty.
• IT skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• English and German language proficiency.
