About the role

Looking to gain hands‑on experience in both Controlling and Pricing within a large international organization?

Based in Zürich or Lausanne, with a start date in September 2026, we are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional to join our Controlling & Pricing team at The Adecco Group Switzerland. In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance and business, supporting performance management, pricing decisions, and financial planning.

Planning & forecasting

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles

Perform Performance & reporting

• Drive weekly performance tracking across our branch network
• Ensure data quality and provide actionable insights to the business
• Prepare client and management reporting to support decision‑making

Closing & financial steering

• Analyze SG&A, revenue, and margins in collaboration with Business Controllers; highlight key trends and risks
• Collaborate with Accounting and Business Controllers
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc reporting gap analysis vs. targets and identify improvement levers
• Work with Anaplan to manage planning data

Pricing & business partnering

• Build business cases for new commercial opportunities
• Support pricing strategy and participate in discussions with Sales
• Collaborate with Legal and other stakeholders on client agreements

Continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify reporting
• Contribute to improving tools, processes, and data quality

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• 1–3 years of experience in controlling, FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills;
  Power BI experience is a plus
• Fluent in English;
  French or German required (both is a big plus)
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
