Yourchallenge
- You are the key point of contact for questions relating to Swiss and cross-border regulatory requirements, in particular FinSA, MiFID and CRD VI.
- You are the first point of contact for the regulatory matters of the Lugano branch.
- You support and implement regulatory projects in Swiss and European financial market law.
- You handle enquiries and assessments in connection with (cross-border) product distribution.
- You hold a degree in Law; admission to the Swiss Bar is an advantage.
- You have several years of professional experience in Regulatory Compliance within (Private) Banking.
- You are fluent in German, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with standard banking IT applications is desirable.
- You stand out for your strong analytical skills, an independent and precise way of working, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with different stakeholders and management levels.
- You are a team-oriented personality who embraces new challenges with commitment and is willing to travel within Switzerland, particularly to Lugano.
