• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with tailored investment and advisory solutions.
• Acquire new assets through proactive business development, focusing on Western European markets.
• Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service.
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss and local regulatory requirements.
• Reports to the relevant Market Head depending on the platform.

• A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 100m+ in Net New Money over 3 years).
• Strong track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term client retention.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with in-depth knowledge of private banking products, wealth structuring, and investment solutions.
