AboutThe Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We’re looking for a results‑oriented Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.
What You’ll Be Doing- Ensuring the effective operation of the local tax function
- Identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, and mitigating where possible
- Providing accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
- Implementing appropriate control frameworks and policies
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements
- Building relationships with appropriate tax authorities, functional business heads, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
- Implementing and managing the transfer pricing policy and methodology for Revolut in Switzerland, including local file documentation
- To be a qualified tax professional
- 5+ years of tax experience in Switzerland
- Extensive technical knowledge and a blend of indirect and direct tax experience covering corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing
- A structural and logical approach to solving problems
- Solid analytical and people‑management skills
- Experience advising on tax related to product launches
- To be highly motivated and focused on delivery
- Experience in banking or international financial services
