About the role
As Lead FCC Private Clients, you will lead a team of three Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) officers supporting the private client business, while remaining fully hands‑on as a working member of that team. You will set the standard for quality and pace by performing the same FCC activities your team members perform across the client lifecycle – on‑ and offboarding, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, remediation activities – and by guiding, coaching and motivating the team to deliver consistently high‑quality, risk‑based outcomes in line with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You are an experienced, positive, approachable and motivational leader who develops people, builds a collaborative team culture, and partners constructively with stakeholders across the bank to maintain a robust AML framework while supporting business growth through pragmatic, risk‑based compliance solutions.
