Senior Internal Auditor; m​/f​/d

Zurich Group Audit, an international team of over 275 colleagues, seeks a (Senior) Internal Auditor to deliver high‑quality, insightful audits within Zurich’s P&C and Life Insurance businesses. The role focuses on audit planning, scoping, risk assessment, operational assessment, data analytics, and reporting.

• Support the delivery of audits to exceptional quality, on time and within budget, leveraging data analytics and GenAI and assessing IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.
• Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders throughout audits.
• Take an active role in business technical, new world, and human skills to foster a learning culture.
• Uphold and model the highest standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or relevant professional qualifications (such as CIA, CPA, ideally actuarial).
• At least 4 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance within Insurance or Financial Services.
• Solid understanding of Internal Audit standards, methodology, and control frameworks.
• Experience with Data, IT, and AI, and their practical applications.
• Strong project management skills; fluent English and very good German required.

• Full time or part time: 80-100%.
