Pension Fund Administration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced pension administration professional to support the management of occupational pension schemes. This role combines operational responsibility, stakeholder interaction, and process improvement in a collaborative environment.

• Manage and administer occupational pension schemes.
• Prepare annual financial statements and process member-related changes.
• Handle benefit cases, including retirement, disability, and survivor benefits.
• Advise insured members, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.

• Commercial education; additional training in pensions or social insurance is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in pension fund administration with strong BVG expertise.
• Proficiency in xPlan and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken German is required; knowledge of either English or French is considered an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong stakeholder communication skills.
