YOUR CHALLENGE

• Act as partner to the business:
  Project management for product or finance related requests (e.g. loans, subsidies, rates programs, capital/funding analysis, pricing analysis, etc.).
• Maintain and improve the monitoring of initiatives with full responsibility for reconciliations.
• Strategic finance topics:
  Support monthly financial reporting processes and provide commentary for Senior Management; contribute towards financial planning for the Region and Markets and/or bigger local legal entities; work alongside Corporate Development team on M&A projects.
• Ad hoc finance deep dives:
  Analysis for specific senior management requests (e.g. Net New Money, local business transformation plans, strategic finance developments, etc.).
• Drive transformation projects for strategic finance topics:
  Assist financial planning through financial modelling and identify & drive implementation of ongoing enhancements for the purpose of performance steering.

• University student (Bachelor or Master level) or recent graduate.
• Initial practical experience in finance or corporate finance and/or wealth management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and capacity for conceptual thinking.
• Proactive and with ability to work independently "Can-do-attitude" coupled with openness to challenges and willingness to learn.
• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is a requirement (spoken and written);
  German and other languages meritorious.
