Business Finance Manager

Your new role

As a Business Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of financial planning and strategic decision-making, ensuring our resources are allocated effectively to support our mission of defeating serious chronic diseases. You'll partner closely with local management and business stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive lasting impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimate (RE) processes, ensuring alignment with both short‑term objectives and long‑term organizational goals
• Providing and driving strategic comprehensive financial analysis and management reporting with a business mindset that enables informed decision‑making across the organization
• Partnering with local management and business stakeholders to identify strategic business opportunities for value creation and operational excellence
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance financial planning methods and efficiency
• Mentoring junior colleagues and fostering professional growth within the team

You’ll bring with you:

• A master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in financial planning or analysis roles with proven ability to manage complex financial processes
• Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting, with demonstrated capability to provide and drive actionable insights to management and business stakeholders
• Experience in finance partnering with a business mindset and proficient in cross‑functional stakeholder management
• Experience with Power BI is a valuable asset
