Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Client Relationship Manager – Latam, based in Zurich with opportunities to work remotely. The role involves managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients from the Latam region, providing tailored wealth management and investment advisory services. Responsibilities include portfolio management, business development, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver customized financial solutions.

Bringing an existing book of high-net-worth clients is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and wealth management within the Latam market.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management, Wealth Management, and Client Retention
  • Proficiency in Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, and Financial Planning
  • Native or fluent Spanish and Portuguese skills; fluency in English and German is also highly valuable
  • Deep understanding of the Latam market, including cultural nuances and financial regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long‑term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site responsibilities in Zurich with remote tasks
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

    Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) would be a significant advantage
