For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer with crypto experience.

• Support and manage onboarding processes in accordance with applicable AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, ensuring thorough due diligence and adherence to internal compliance standards
• Conduct transaction monitoring activities, identify unusual patterns or suspicious activities, and support internal investigations and escalation processes where required
• Provide regulatory guidance on cross-border activities and support business stakeholders in navigating international banking and crypto-related compliance considerations
• Ensure internal compliance procedures, controls, and policies remain aligned with evolving banking, financial market, and cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Front Office teams to support effective risk mitigation and regulatory adherence across business activities
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting, internal documentation, compliance reviews, and audit-related requests
• Monitor relevant regulatory developments within the banking and digital asset environment and contribute to the continuous enhancement of internal compliance frameworks and processes

• Extensive compliance experience within the banking/financial services sector
• Expertise in crypto compliance (blockchain, digital assets, etc.) is an asset
• Sound understanding of cross-border regulatory environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
