• Partner closely with the PWM Business and global teams to respond to client requests quickly and efficiently.
• Perform client payment due diligence to safeguard clients’ funds from fraud risks.
• Collaborate with PWM Business and external counter parties to run Security Transfers for PWM clients in various markets.
• Reconcile incoming client cash and work with agent banks to execute high‑focus client transactions.
• Participate in global projects to drive strategy and improve processes.
• Suggest and implement process improvements that strengthen the control environment.
• Use a risk‑and‑control mindset to review operational processes and identify opportunities for risk mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, ideally in Treasury, asset transfers, or custody services.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills for complex issues across diverse partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in spoken English; proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or French is an advantage.
