We are seeking a highly skilled U.S. Tax Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements for our private clients. In this role, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of U.S. tax regulations and financial planning to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services tailored to high-net-worth individuals. Your ability to interpret complex tax data will be essential in navigating the ever-evolving tax landscape for our clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled U.S. Tax Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements for our private clients. In this role, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of U.S. tax regulations and financial planning to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services tailored to high-net-worth individuals. Your ability to interpret complex tax data will be essential in navigating the ever-evolving tax landscape for our clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, understanding their unique financial needs and delivering tailored tax solutions.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies that align with client objectives and industry standards, maximizing tax efficiencies for high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and internal standards.
• Provide expert guidance on complex tax issues, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and their application to private client scenarios.
• Interpret and analyze tax data to generate insightful reports and recommendations, assisting clients in making informed financial decisions.

• A minimum of 5 years of U.S. taxation experience with an international accounting firm or similar, specializing in U.S. compliance and consulting tax issues for high-net-worth individuals.
• A bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting/taxation or a law degree from an accredited university.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent qualification.
• Extensive technical skills relevant to private clients, coupled with a successful track record in identifying client needs and pursuing new service opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience, including establishing direction, motivating team members, and fostering innovation.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, writing proposals, and collaborating across engagements and business units.
• Advanced knowledge of tax compliance software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
