Accounting Specialist Avaloq; m​/f​/d

Aufgaben

• Design and implement the Accounting setup in Avaloq for a new Italian branch (separate Business Unit)
• Configure chart of accounts, balance structures, and booking logic
• Parameterize key Avaloq objects such as: BALACC, BALSTRU, _RULE, _RULE, _RULE
• Define and implement VAT (MWST) rules, ideally aligned with Italian regulations
• Support setup of loans/credit products and related accounting flows
• Integrate accounting with interfaces and upstream/downstream systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Avaloq parameterization
• Support testing, go-live preparation, and handover into operations

• Strong experience as an Avaloq Parametrization Specialist with focus on Accounting
• Deep hands‑on expertise in Avaloq ICE (no pure analyst/operator profile)
• Proven experience with:
  Accounting setup (GL, booking rules, balance structures)
• Key Avaloq objects (BALACC, _RULE, etc.)
• Solid understanding of banking accounting principles
• Ideally experience with VAT / tax setup, preferably Italian VAT
• Experience in building or extending Avaloq setups for new entities/branches
• Ability to work independently in a senior role within a parametrization team
• Fluent in working in complex banking environments (e.g., loans, fees, taxation)
