Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland

As Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and providing seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

• Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
• Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone
• Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
• Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
• Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
• Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

• University degree in finance
• First relevant work experience in Private Banking
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with the banking software Avaloq is an advantage
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Polish is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank
