We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a senior investment solutions sales.
Who we areDriven by entrepreneurial spirit and fueled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is the next‑generation Structured Products provider combining derivatives knowledge from our team of experts and latest technological developments to create a comprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth clients.
Your main responsibilities- Join a dynamic team and co‑develop our presence in the Swiss German area, focusing on family offices and independent asset managers. The role is based in Zürich.
- Accountable for the commercial strategy on this market, including client acquisition, retention strategies, promotion of Lynceus Partners' financial expertise and technological solutions, and revenue generation. Enlarge and diversify clients’ portfolios.
- Deliver cross‑asset solutions and outcome‑oriented investment products (private debt, private equity) that match client needs.
- Leverage a strong internal support team to serve clients.
- Natural at building human relationships with clients and colleagues alike; entrepreneurial and self‑starting mindset; team player with effective communication.
- Ability to identify and analyse client needs, translating them into investible, simple, and clear investment ideas.
- Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, ambitious for personal and professional achievements; competitive drive to get things done.
- Agile and proactive in accompanying change; willingness to challenge yourself, learn, and improve; willingness to expand knowledge through experience or education.
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum five years of experience offering investment solutions to institutional clients based in the Swiss German region of Switzerland.
- Working knowledge of the private assets market or willingness and interest to develop professional competencies in this asset class.
- Ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English and Swiss‑German;
French would be a plus.
- An intrapreneurial project with the possibility to build your own brand.
- A boutique approach to appealing investment class both on direct and listed markets.
