• Payments investigations with internal parties (Front colleagues, Compliance) and external parties (international branches and our Correspondent banks) via telephone, email and SWIFT.
• Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation).
• Preparing and processing internal reversals.
• First-level filtering: real-time sanction hit handling of false-positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second-level Compliance.

• Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO
  20022 messages.
• Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements.
