Business Operations; BizOps Lead

The role

You’ll build the operational backbone of the company and be the person who spots what’s missing and just fixes it. The work spans two sides: keeping things running — invoicing, financial and investor reporting, a clear view of how we’re doing — and making things better — designing processes, building automations, and taking on whatever problem matters most that week, whether it’s pipeline, ops, or something no one’s owned yet.

You’ll move comfortably between analysis and execution. We’re an AI company, so we expect you to reach for AI tools and automation first. We want to build systems, not do manual work forever.

• Identify what’s broken, propose a fix, and ship it — without needing to be handheld
• Own invoicing and financial/investor reporting
• Keep a clear picture of the numbers: how we’re doing, burn, runway
• Design lightweight processes and automations across finance, ops, and pipeline
• Take on the most important problem across the company and solve it end to end

• 2–5 years in a generalist, analytical seat:
  Biz Ops, consulting, banking, VC, or startup ops/strategy
• Analytically sharp — comfortable owning reporting and a basic financial model
• Operationally rigorous — you turn messy, manual workflows into clean, documented systems
• Technically resourceful — you use AI and automation to extend your own capacity and build internal tools without engineering support
• High ownership in an unstructured environment; genuinely hands-on (you’ll do the invoicing, not just design it)
• Energized by a small team and wearing many hats
• Based in or able to be in Zürich a few days a week
