Assistant Relationship Manager - Multi Family Office | Zurich | 100%

Our client is a growing independent Multi Family Office in Zurich, supporting successful entrepreneurs, business owners and international private clients. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious professional with experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a Family Office who is looking to progress towards a Junior Relationship Manager role within an entrepreneurial environment.

• Support senior Relationship Managers in servicing international private clients
• Manage client onboarding, account opening and KYC processes
• Coordinate payments and banking administration
• Assist with wealth structuring, financing solutions and Swiss & international real estate investment projects
• Liaise with banks, trustees, legal advisers and external service providers

• 3–5 years' experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office or External Asset Management
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers or Private Bankers
• Strong understanding of account opening and client onboarding processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English is essential;
  German is a strong advantage
