Associate Product Manager – Private Multi-Asset Funds

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches and strategy extensions by coordinating across investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams
• Collaborate with sales and investment teams to understand complex requirements
• Assist in the development of tailored solutions
• Produce high-quality marketing and fundraising materials for pitch decks, DDQs, RFIs, and contribute to portfolio reviews and case studies
• Support all aspects of active fund raises for private market products, from product launch to final close
• Monitor market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics in the private markets sector to inform fundraising efforts and product strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement end-to-end solutions (Product, Service Delivery, IT, Business Management)
• Support the ongoing development of the product management function

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous professional experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, private bank or investment advisory firm in a product management role related to the fund business
• Strong understanding of the fund industry, its products, and the competitive landscape
• Strong analytical skills to support product development and quality
• Team player with the ability to participate in investment discussions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch flexibly between internal and external responsibilities while maintaining an open‑minded approach
• Ability to earn respect and trust within the team and across specialist teams through careful and accurate work
• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills in English
• Aptitude for IT and solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English and German
