Team Head, NRI & Africa Clients, Private Banking

Our client a leading international private bank are seeking to appoint a Team Head /
Senior Relationship Manager to drive the growth of its NRI & Africa (UHNW) client business, to be based in either Zurich or Geneva

The opportunity offers flexibility for both established senior individual producers and teams looking to transition to a globally connected platform with strong balance sheet and lending capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of NRI or Africa UHNW and family office clients, delivering tailored wealth management solutions
• Drive new client acquisition through an established network of entrepreneurs, business owners and centres of influence
• Provide holistic advice across investments, lending, wealth structuring, and succession planning
• Leverage a broad product platform, including discretionary and advisory investments, alternative investments, and bespoke financing solutions
• Partner with internal specialists across wealth management, corporate banking and capital markets to deliver complex cross-border solutions
• Lead and develop a team of bankers where applicable, driving revenue growth and client acquisition

Qualifications
:

• Proven track record managing UHNW clients across the NRI or Africa market
• Demonstrated success in originating and growing client relationships with clear revenue responsibility
• Strong transferable client franchise and established regional network
• Experience delivering sophisticated lending solutions, including securities-backed financing, real estate lending, structured credit, and liquidity solutions
• Deep understanding of cross-border wealth planning, investments, and complex client structures
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage a global platform and extensive balance sheet capabilities
