Forvis Mazars sucht eine engagierte Praktikantin bzw. einen Praktikanten im Bereich M&A/Transaction Services. Das Praktikum dauert 6 Monate und beginnt voraussichtlich im November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung; eine anschliessende Festanstellung ist möglich.
Du arbeitest aktiv an nationalen und internationalen M&A-Projekten mit, unterstützt bei Unternehmensbewertungen, Finanzanalysen und DD-Mandaten und wirkst bei Offerten sowie Business-Development-Aktivitäten mit.
