About Us

LGT is the world’s largest family-owned and managed Private Banking and Asset Management Group. For more than 100 years it has been fully owned and managed by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, which is also one of our biggest clients.

With around 800 employees, LGT Bank Switzerland has established itself as a renowned Swiss private bank and is an excellent address for both wealthy private clients and employees – this was also confirmed last year by the independent institute "Great Place To Work", which awarded LGT Bank Switzerland the title of one of the best employers in Switzerland.

Your challenge

In this senior leadership role, you will establish and lead Client Services as the central hub for investment-related client support within Investment Solutions Europe (ISE). You will unite key client-facing activities and ensure a consistent, scalable and high-quality client experience.

  • Lead and develop the Client Services organisation, including Client Coverage, Private Markets, Investment Communication and ESG Solutions, and foster effective collaboration across ISE.
  • Establish Client Services as the central point of access for relationship managers and internal stakeholders, coordinating investment-related enquiries and connecting the front efficiently with the relevant product and investment specialists.
  • Strengthen LGT’s offering; systematically identify and support opportunities to direct clients to Portfolio Management, Private Markets and Premium Advisory solutions.
  • Lead the effective distribution of LGT and selected third-party investment solutions, including the fund offering, and ensure clear front support for fund-related enquiries and product launches.
  • Ensure a professional, coherent and client-relevant market presence through high-quality publications, presentations, pitches, factsheets and investment content.
  • Develop a scalable service model, using digital tools, data and efficient workflows to improve the consistency, speed and quality of client-facing deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across the LGT Group to turn client needs into relevant investment solutions and services.
  • Set clear service, commercial and adoption objectives for Client Services, monitoring the penetration and effective use of ISE solutions across the front.
Your profile
  • Proven ability to lead a broad, front-facing service and distribution model, balancing commercial priorities, client needs, specialist expertise and operational scalability.
  • Extensive experience in private banking or wealth management, ideally combining client coverage, product distribution and investment expertise.
  • Several years of senior leadership experience, with the ability to lead high-performing teams, provide clear direction and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Strong understanding of private-banking client needs and the investment services value chain, with a proven track record in developing and distributing client-focused investment solutions.
  • Experience in developing scalable service models and processes, leveraging technology, data and automation to enhance quality, consistency and capacity.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to different audiences across private banking and asset management.
  • University degree in Finance or a related discipline. Fluency in German and English is essential; other languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
