Senior Private Banker

As a Senior Private Banker at DELEN (Suisse), you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of private clients domiciled in Switzerland. Working with the existing team, you will drive organic growth and contribute to enhancing Delen's image of quality and efficiency in Switzerland.

You will guide your clients in structuring and optimizing their overall wealth. To achieve this, you will benefit from the expertise of our specialists in Estate Planning, Taxation, and Investment Office. Together, you will address all aspects of wealth management, with a focus on discretionary management.

You will actively develop new clients and cultivate lasting relationships.

You will also provide excellent service to your existing clients to maintain and strengthen these relationships.

You will translate the Bank's business strategy into concrete actions. Our discretionary wealth management offering plays a central role in this strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring your clients' portfolios and carefully considering their investment and risk profiles. You will listen to their expectations and concerns, and provide them with clear and accessible information on the evolution of their situation, the investment strategy, and the planning options available within the Bank.

Experience:

Significant experience in private banking serving private clients, with a strong track record of responsible business development.

Finance and Wealth Management skills:
Expertise in Finance, Private Banking, and Financial Planning to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies.

Investment

Skills:

Experience in Investments and Asset Allocation to build and optimize diversified portfolios tailored to clients' profiles.

Education:

University degree in finance, economics, management, or equivalent; professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, CWMA, or similar) are a plus.

Creative, entrepreneurial, team player, excellent communication skills, strong ethical sense, service-oriented, and rigorous adherence to compliance standards (KYC, AML, Swiss regulations).

Languages:

fluent in Dutch, French, and English;
German or any other international language is an asset.
