Expedition Zukunft in Zürich sucht eine engagierte Assistenz für Finanzen, Personal & Administration in Teilzeit. Du bist verantwortlich für Rechnungswesen, Lohnadministration, Spesenabrechnungen und Budgetplanung, arbeitest eng mit externer Buchhaltung zusammen und unterstützt Rekrutierung sowie Vertragsabwicklung.
Du bringst kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Admin-Bereich mit, arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und behältst auch viele Aufgaben im Blick.
