Senior Consultant / Manager - Group Consolidation & Controlling | CFO Advisory & CPM Implementation

We are looking for experienced finance professionals and consultants to join our growing Swiss team in Zurich or Geneva and work directly with CFO organizations on finance transformation, process design and the implementation of leading CPM platforms.

You’ll act as a trusted sparring partner to CFOs and finance leaders — combining strong expertise in Group Accounting, Consolidation and Controlling with the ability and interest to design and implement leading CPM platforms. From concept and process design through to implementation, you’ll help clients use technology, automation and emerging AI capabilities to build better-performing finance functions.

• Challenge existing finance processes and act as a sparring partner to senior finance stakeholders, translating business requirements into pragmatic process, data and technology solutions
• Advise clients on CPM strategy and transformation roadmaps, optimize processes in Group Accounting & Consolidation, Planning and Reporting, and support CPM software selection
• Develop concepts for integrated Corporate Performance Management data models as well as innovative group consolidation, planning, scenario and simulation approaches
• Design and implement professional CPM software solutions — mainly using leading platforms such as Pigment, CCH Tagetik, One Stream or comparable solutions
• Advise clients on CPM system governance after go-live and related target operating models, including CoE setup, RACI and support models
• Take responsibility for project delivery, client outcomes and the leadership of team members
• Contribute to business development, proposal development and client presentations, and help identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Explore and apply automation and emerging AI capabilities within CPM and finance processes where they create tangible client value

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Further relevant professional qualifications are a plus, such as Certified Accountant/Controller, CPA, ACCA, CFA or comparable
• You bring at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in CFO advisory/consulting or audit, preferably at one of the Big 4 or a leading consulting firm, or within a complex international finance organization
• You have good knowledge of IFRS; knowledge of other accounting standards is a plus, together with a strong understanding of finance and/or controlling processes
• You have solid knowledge of and experience with group financial consolidation and Record-to-Report processes
• Relevant experience with CPM/EPM solutions such as Pigment, CCH Tagetik, One Stream, Anaplan, HFM, SAP FC/BPC/BCS, Luca Net or IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage; knowledge of relevant ERP, DWH or BI solutions is a plus
• You have a genuine passion for finance technology and a willingness to get hands-on: you enjoy moving from business requirements and process concepts into data models, solution design, configuration, testing and roll-out
