• Strengthen KPMG's Microsoft Dynamics ERP advisory capabilities with a clear focus on Finance
• Help clients improve finance operations, reporting, compliance and decision-making with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Advise on finance processes such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, demand-to-cash, fixed assets and project accounting
• Design finance solution concepts, target operating models, process improvements and practical transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and the international KPMG network to share finance, ERP and Microsoft Dynamics insights
• Support bids, demos and knowledge sharing and coach junior colleagues in an inclusive, supportive way

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business informatics, or a related field
• Three to five years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation projects, especially with focus on finance
• Strong understanding of finance processes,controls and reporting, with experience translating business needs into ERP requirements
• Ability to build trust with finance stakeholders,facilitate workshops and communicate clearly with both business and technical teams
• Experience in solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and change activities in complex transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance; MB-310 certification. Power Platform,Copilotor integration experience is an advantage
• Proficient English and German skills;
  French is an advantage.
