Financial Analyst & Consultant; M&A;

Job Description

• Analyze annual accounts and corporate metrics
• Create financial models and company valuations (DCF, multiples, comparative analyses)
• Conduct financial due diligence
• Support M&A transactions (Buy-Side and Sell-Side)
• Create term sheets, information memorandums, and client reports
• Analyze and normalize EBITDA
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and financial statements
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, lawyers, and authorities
• Advise clients on corporate financing, structuring, and investment decisions
• Participate in client and business meetings in Switzerland and abroad

• Completed higher education (Master or higher) in finance, banking or economics
• At least five years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, financial analysis, valuation or financial due diligence
• Proven experience in supporting M&A transactions
• Strong knowledge in financial modelling and company valuation
• Knowledge of the Swiss financial and regulatory environment is an advantage
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level;
  Spanish and Russian at B2 level are advantageous
• Driving license category B
• Willingness to travel regularly for business, both domestically and internationally
