We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) for a 12-month assignment with our client in Zurich.

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and fast-evolving organization that is currently undergoing a significant business transformation following its integration into a leading global pharmaceutical group. As the business continues to grow and mature, the finance function plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving operational excellence, and implementing robust financial processes and controls.

As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams, providing valuable financial insights and supporting key initiatives during this exciting period of change. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the United States, gaining exposure to a truly international environment.

This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working in dynamic, transformation-driven organizations and is looking to make a tangible impact while further developing their career within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, reporting, and business support activities. You will help ensure robust financial management while supporting key strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation, process shaping, and post-acquisition integration activities.
