Client Service Specialist - Global Financial Institutions

Robeco Switzerland is part of a Dutch asset manager with local offices in Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our newly formed "Global Financial Institutions - Centre of Expertise" in Zurich.

You will act as a central point of contact for globally focused institutional investors, ensuring a seamless client experience across onboarding, servicing, reporting, and operational activities.

• Act as a key point of contact for globally focused financial institution clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, AML/KYC and client lifecycle activities.
• Manage client requests and ensure timely, high-quality responses across teams.
• Support global sales teams with operational and client-related matters.
• Coordinate reporting, information requests and due-diligence activities.
• Monitor and support operational processes, including cash-flow related activities.
• Contribute to projects that improve client servicing, efficiency and scalability.

To facilitate this, you will require strong stakeholder management skills, a background in client facing roles, and a collaborative/team mindset.
