Yourchallenge
In this diverse role, you will be part of the Client Data Service Natural Persons team and take responsibility for the accurate, efficient and regulatory-compliant administration of private client accounts and related client data.
- Manage the onboarding, maintenance and amendment of private client relationships, including updates to client data and documentation
- Review and process account-opening and client documentation for formal completeness and substantive accuracy
- Maintain, update and ensure the quality of client data in internal banking systems
- Perform data-quality checks and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Handle and respond to internal enquiries relating to client master data and account openings
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of processes
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services sector
- Professional experience in account opening, client administration or documentation/formalities within a bank; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Confident user of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Avaloq and/or CLM is an advantage
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility, combined with a careful, structured and efficient approach to work
- A self-driven, reliable and collaborative team member with a strong service orientation
- Ability to prioritise effectively during periods of high workload and to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal stakeholders
