Senior Relationship Manager Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)

TIES ON AG is a Private Banking Executive Search agency based in Zurich, Switzerland.

On behalf of a leading international bank in Switzerland, we are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to develop Kazakh and/or Uzbek Wealth Management market.

Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will nurture and leverage your existing network to acquire (Ultra)
High-Net-Worth individuals from Central Asia, while providing customized investment solutions.

Skills and

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry and at least 4 years in Wealth Management, with a proven track record of advising Kazakh and/or Uzbek HNW/UHNW clients and managing significant client portfolios.

Established access to a strong network of HNW and UHNW clients across Central Asia, with a proven ability to originate and develop new relationships.

Strong understanding of local and international financial markets, investment products, and macroeconomic trends.

Solid experience in investment advisory and/or portfolio management is highly advantageous.

University degree or equivalent higher education, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

Fluency in Kazakh, and/or Uzbek, and/or Russian is highly desirable.

Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to Central Asia is required.

Location:

The position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
