Your strong awareness of quality and your passion for Corporate Finance will allow you to quickly integrate into our team. Your area of responsibility will include advising clients from various industries and of various sizes, and will include the following activities in particular:
- Independent execution and management of Financial Due Diligence mandates with a focus on in-depth analysis of companies' earnings, assets, and financial position
- Preparation of business reports and sound decision-making bases using strong accounting expertise
- Analysis of annual financial statements, business models, business plans, and forecasts, as well as competent assessment of complex accounting issues (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, OR)
- Preparation of structured reports and compelling presentations to provide a clear, targeted, and understandable overview of the results
- Drafting of professional client offers and documentation in German and English
- Participation in the development of financial models, scenario analyses, and company valuations
- Management of project teams and efficient coordination of Due Diligence processes in interdisciplinary and dynamic process environments
In addition, you will engage in dialog with demanding clients, build long‑term relationships, and actively contribute to the further development of our Financial Due Diligence and Financial Expert Opinions.
What you OfferYou have several years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Due Diligence, and accounting‑related consulting, and you have a very good master's degree in Banking & Finance, business administration, or a related field. Your skills include, in particular:
- In‑depth knowledge of Corporate Finance with a focus on Financial Due Diligence and the preparation of Financial Expert Opinions
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting contexts and financial statement analysis
- Experience in financial modeling, analysis of business models and business plans, cash flow structures, and company valuations
- Ideally, industry experience in the energy sector (e.g., utilities, renewables, infrastructure)
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and platforms (LSEG Data & Analytics, Mergermarket, Pitchbook, etc.)
- Structured, precise working style and high quality awareness
