At Julius Baer, we empower graduates to shape the future of wealth management. Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You'll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
As part of Group Communications, you will join the team which oversees all Group-wide communications and connects international teams to the core narrative and positioning of the Bank. This is fast-paced, high stakes work that affects our reputation and valuation, working directly with the CEO and members of the senior management team.

During the programme, you will:
- Create and edit impactful content, for both your colleagues (internal) and to directly and indirectly reach external audiences (clients, investors, media, among others)
- Evaluate AI tools that can be incorporated to improve efficiency and consistency in communications
- Support team projects as we work to continuously improve what and how we are delivering messages that matter
- Help incorporate an international mindset into everything we do
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in journalism, communications, or business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in a corporate environment and with strong writing skills, and familiarity with AI platforms, digital communications and social media capabilities; project coordination experience is a plus
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with German and other languages being a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
