Client Associate

Are you passionate about the financial world? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for a Client Associate who will help support the team.

Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.

Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.).

Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.

Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.

Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and the timely closure of client accounts.

Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.

Fluency in English and German and effective communication skills.

A strong team player with a strong interest in delivering high-level client service.

Good understanding of financial products and markets.

Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).

Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
