Location: Zürich
- Own the Life actuarial reporting and analytics application landscape end-to-end, from business requirements through delivery to BAU support and enhancements
- Partner with Life actuarial teams across business units to understand processes, resolve business issues and support reporting cycles
- Generalise local requirements into global, reusable solutions rather than bespoke builds
- Own and prioritise the Life reporting applications roadmap
- Steer the actuarial support team in Bratislava and IT delivery team in Barcelona
- Identify enhancement opportunities including AI-enabled features, automation and agentic workflows
- Support IFRS and local GAAP reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, forecasting, planning and scenario analysis
- Qualified actuary
- 10+ years' experience in Life actuarial roles
- Ideally experience in financial reporting, actuarial valuation or regulatory reporting
- Track record of delivering through distributed, cross-functional teams
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across functions and markets
- Ability to abstract local needs into global, scalable solutions
- Ability to challenge bespoke thinking
- Interest in technology
- Forward-thinking view on AI, automation and process improvement
- Strong communication and influencing skills in English
- Collaborative, cross-cultural approach
Demonstrates expertise in Life Actuarial Reporting and Analytics, with a strong focus on delivering scalable solutions and managing cross-functional teams. Proficient in IFRS and local GAAP reporting, with a forward-thinking approach to AI and automation.
