The role holder supports the complete, accurate, and timely execution of daily regulatory reporting obligations in compliance with the following financial market regulations: EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinMIA/ FinfraG, Bank of Israel and Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD2).

YOUR CHALLENGESupport the complete, accurate and timely execution of daily regulatory client reporting obligations in compliance with the financial market regulations of Bank of Israel, EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG (Switzerland), and SRD2 (Shareholder Identification).
Monitor and maintain high data quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrections, and escalating anomalies according to defined procedures.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and compliance functions to resolve breaks, clarify reporting obligations, and implement corrective actions.
Support in business related change activities.
YOUR PROFILEMinimum 2-3 years of experience in operations within a financial institution, ideally involving regulatory transaction reporting or transaction monitoring.
Solid understanding of investment products and their main characteristics.
Practical familiarity with European financial regulations, including EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2 reporting requirements is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms is beneficial.
