- Herzlicher und professioneller Empfang sowie Verabschiedung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
- Check-in und Check-out unter Einhaltung der Hotelstandards
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservationen per Telefon, E-Mail und Online-Buchungssystemen
- Kompetente Beratung der Gäste zu Hotelangeboten, Ausflugszielen und touristischen Informationen
- Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen mit hoher Serviceorientierung
- Kassenführung sowie Erstellung und Abrechnung von Gästerechnungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Service und weiteren Hotelabteilungen
- Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und repräsentativen Empfangsbereichs
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und Korrespondenz
