The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge.
The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Front Office Department in Zurich, the Night Auditor
- Hourly supports the Night Team in daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations throughout the shift. The Night Auditor
- Hourly reports to the Night Supervisor and Front Office Manager.
- Hourly, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible, together with the night team, for security and guest services at night
- Carrying out the closing of the day
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Responsible for the reception tasks at night
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Friendly check-in and check-out of our guests
- Other responsibilities include performing all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards
- Hourly, We Expect From You
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry. Experience in the Front Office department in the upscale hospitality
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork, organizational skills and good time management
- Good computer skills, PMS knowledge
- Communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback
- Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
- Excellent manners, approachable and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
- Excellent knowledge of German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage
- Successful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland
