Ristorante La Scala recherche un Directeur adjoint / Hôte (h/f) 80% - 100% pour son établissement à Rapperswil, sur le lac de Zurich. Vous soutiendrez l’hôte et assurerez un service fluide, avec une expérience client exceptionnelle et une présence chaleureuse.
Formation en restauration et esprit d’équipe exigés, maîtrise de l’italien et de l’allemand. Attentes élevées en leadership, organisation et gestion du stress, avec possibilités d’hébergement si nécessaire.
